I let her see how much I fucking care whether I eat or not. It doesn’t matter since the food is likely drugged anyway.

She sighs loudly and takes another step forward to move the tray to the other side of my leg. Then she neatly folds her body to sit on her heels between my thighs. My dick suddenly feels tighter, like I might explode if I don’t get inside her. But I’m not an animal despite what these people think of me. And it’s clear she doesn’t want to touch any part of me.

She grabs the spoon in the soup and then holds her hand under it as she guides it to my face. I can’t resist. I snap out with my teeth, making her jerk back, spilling the soup down my chest and stomach.

It’s not even warm, so I’m not worried about it. There’s a wounded look in her eyes, then she glares. “I’m trying to be nice, asshole. I should just let you rot in here until they drug you to death and leave you in a puddle of your own cum.”

The corner of my mouth lifts before I can reconsider. “Oh, baby has a bit of bite to her. Where were all those teeth last night?”

She swallows and looks down at the tray, pulls off the edge of a roll, and shoves it hard between my lips. I’m full-on smiling now as I watch her. Oh yes. I like her like this. Fight and fury. My dick is somehow getting even harder. I want to fuck that fight out of her. I want her at my feet, begging for more. Begging for mercy.

I chew the food and grin at her while I imagine how to make her scream in all the ways I want.

Her face goes pink in the dim lighting. “Stop looking at me like that.”

I swallow. “Like what?”

She shrugs and grabs another chunk of bread. This time she offers it, and I tug it from her grasp to chew. “I don’t know. Like you want to eat me, or you want to eat me.”

“Where’s the fun in knowing which before we actually play.”

Her hand shakes as she offers more food. I chew slowly, watching the blush in her cheeks wash down her neck. I bet her chest and tits bear that same pretty pink hue.

When I don’t bite her, she grabs the spoon and feeds me a bit of the soup. It’s cold but tastes fine. I’ve had worse.

She darts her eyes around while she feeds me as if she doesn’t want to spend too long looking at me directly. Is it guilt or something else? It pisses me off that I can’t tell.

“What is it, Malyshka? I can see something going in that brain of yours. You reveal everything with your eyes.”

She blinks and drops her gaze to my mouth while I take the next bite of food. “I was just wondering if you are what they say you are.”

I know what she means. The animal. “You’re the one who tried to drug me and came to my room, and you don’t know? You didn’t think it was a risk?”

She shakes her head, her shoulders sagging away from her ears. “No, whether I succeeded or you killed me, I’d be free either way.”

As if she’s had enough of me, this room, and her life all at once, she rises gracefully and grabs the tray off the floor. But she only sits it on the table and turns to look down at me. “You need your strength. Do whatever you can to keep it. They will try to break you over and over. It’s something my father enjoys doing most of all. The stronger the will, the more satisfying it is for him.”

I narrow my eyes at her. Does she know from personal experience? “Did he break you?”

She drops her gaze to the tray and arranges the contents as if she needs something to do with her hands. “A long time ago. I’ll never be free of him, and he will make sure I know that even more now.”

I can already feel the anger creeping back inside me. As if it had drawn away from her light, but the farther she gets from me, the closer it stalks. “Wait, stay for a second.”

She freezes, hand poised over the handles of the tray. “What do you want?”

“How is this going to go? What will he do next?”

When she meets my eyes, tears rim the corners of hers. “He’s going to drug you. I’m sure it was in the food. He’s going to use you to test his little mad science experiments. Worse, he’ll let the guards use you until no part of you feels like your own anymore. Then he’ll hurt you and repeat the cycle until you no longer care whether you live or die.”
