With a last thrust, he buried himself inside her to the hilt. She cried out, unable to swallow the sound.

Cradling her against him, he said, “Tell me when to stop.”

“Never. Don’t stop fucking me.”

“I’m not fucking you. I’m making love to you.” He pushed her down and lifted her arms above her head. “Just lie back and feel. You don’t have to do anything. I’ll take care of you.”

He pulled out a fraction and inched back inside, giving a few shallow pumps until her inner muscles softened around his cock.

“Fuck.” He groaned. “You’re tight. How long has it been?”

“Five years.”

Possessive satisfaction sparked in his eyes. “From now on, you’re mine and mine only. Say it.”

“Yours.”

He increased his pace, hitting a sensitive spot. Her release started building slowly in her abdomen.

“Bono.”

“I’ve got you, beautiful. Let go.”

“Harder. I need more.”

“Anything you want.”

He gripped her hips and pounded into her, slamming their groins together, and still it wasn’t enough. She could never have her fill of him. She wanted the moment to last but already the muscles in her lower body coiled tightly.

“Bono.”

“Give me everything.”

She had nothing else to give except for her pleasure, so she gave him what she’d never given to another man. Not holding back, she came with a cry. The release was violent but sweet. She was helpless to do anything but ride the wave and let the powerful tide sweep her along. Boneless, she couldn’t summon the energy to move. She could only float in the deep, comfortable waters as the storm continued to rage around her.

He grunted, rotating his hips. “If you hadn’t made me come first, it would’ve been quicker. I’m afraid I’ll wear you out.” Pulling his cock free, he turned her onto her stomach. “Close your legs. It’ll be faster like this.”

The friction was almost unbearable when he pushed into her from behind. Like this, it felt deeper.

He planted a kiss on the shell of her ear. “Can I come inside you?”

She turned her face to the side. “I’m on birth control.”

He kissed her neck and quickened his pace until sparks popped in her vision. She hadn’t thought it was possible to pass out from sex, but the edges of her consciousness was fraying. The familiar tightening of her muscles warned her that another orgasm was coming. The pleasure was darker, almost unbearable. Instead of fighting it, she did what he asked and let go, trusting him to take care of her. An exquisite sensation of freedom and bliss engulfed her.

He lifted her hips and slipped a hand around her body and between her legs to massage her clit. “I need you to come with me.”

How he managed to squeeze another climax from her, she didn’t know, but her body responded to his grueling rhythm and insistent petting. When his body went taut, she came again. He groaned as he found his own release, emptying himself in her body.

He shuddered on top of her, keeping his weight on his arms.

Warm lips brushed over her temple. A moment later, the fullness and heat inside and around her disappeared. She wanted to moan at the loss.

Gently, he lifted her onto her knees with her upper body flat on the bed. “Don’t move.”

She stole a glance over her shoulder, watching him watch his seed run down her thighs. Despite her euphoric high, her cheeks heated.

“I like to watch,” he said, his deep voice gruff. “Tired?”

“A little.”

Laying down next to her, he pulled her into his arms. “What you do to me should be illegal.”

She chuckled. “I didn’t take you for the cheesy lines type.”

He kissed her nose. “Close your eyes. You need to rest.”

She really was tired, so damn tired, but it had nothing to do with the incredible sex they’d shared. She doubted she’d be able to switch off her mind, but, miraculously, she fell asleep to wake up in his embrace some time later.

“Hey,” he said with a tender smile. “Welcome back.”

“How long was I out for?”

“Just a couple of hours.”

“You didn’t sleep?”

“I said I’d take care of you.”

The fact that he was watching over her so that she could get some rest made something warm unfurl in her chest.

His expression shifted. The air became charged. Just like that, the sexual energy was palpable again. Pressing their lips together, he kissed her as if he was drowning and she was air.

She pulled away first. “Bono.”

Despite the fact that she’d said his name like an objection, like they shouldn’t start something that couldn’t go anywhere, he smiled. “That’s right. You’ll never say another man’s name in your bed.” His tone turned urgent. “Promise me.”

That was easy. She had no intention of taking another man to bed. “I promise.”

Concern invaded his features. “Sore?”

“A little, but only because I’m out of practice.”

“Let me have a look.”

“That’s not necessary.”

Ignoring her protest, he moved down the mattress and spread her legs.
