“Fuckkk!” I shouted out as my throbbing cock demanded its release. My fingers dug into her hips as I guided her forward in a feverish rhythm until I came deep inside of her. We both stilled, fighting to catch our breath, and after several moments, Frankie eased off me and over to the spot next to me. I stood and tossed the condom in the trash, then pulled up my jeans before sitting back down next to her. She didn’t move. She just sat there watching me from the corner of her eye. “You doing okay over there?”

“More than okay.” She finally turned to me and asked, “What about you?”

“Same.” I let my eyes skirt over her body and smiled. “You’re incredible.”

“I don’t know about that.” A look of insecurity flashed through her eyes as she tugged at her blouse. As she tried to cover herself, she glanced back over at me and mumbled, “It’s been awhile since I’ve ....um...been with anyone.”

“I meant what I said. You were incredible.” I stood and zipped up my jeans then started out of the office. “And if it’s been awhile, I sure couldn’t tell.”

I picked up her jeans from the floor and carried them back into the office. A light blush crossed her face as I offered Frankie her jeans and panties. I turned my back, giving her a moment of privacy as she got dressed. I was taking a look around her desk when I noticed a small box next to her laptop. Not sure I was seeing what I thought I was seeing, I stepped closer for a better look, and to my surprise, it was a mid-sized, purple vibrator. I picked up the box and held it up where she could see as I asked, “What’s this?”

“Oh, God!” She rushed over to me and jerked it out of my hand. “It’s nothing. My sister Sydney got it for me.”

“Your sister, huh?”

“Yes, my sister.” Her face was beet red with embarrassment. “She’s got a twisted sense of humor and gave it to me this afternoon with the bottle of wine I drank earlier.”

“So, you broke into the wine, but not the vibrator?”

“No, I didn’t. Now, can you please just drop it?”

“I don’t know.” I stepped towards her. “It’s an interesting topic of conversation.”

“Roman!”

Hearing my name on her lips was all it took. I slipped my arms around her waist and eased her close. When she opened her mouth to speak, I ran my hand behind her neck and pulled her parted lips to mine, silencing her with a kiss. As soon as her tender, full mouth pressed against mine, her tense muscles melted into my arms. Frankie wound her arms around my neck, and as she kissed me back, I found myself thinking things I had no business thinking. I quickly released her and said, “I better get you home.”

“You don’t have to do that. I can drive home.”

“No way I’m gonna let you drive after you’ve been drinking.” I motioned my hand towards her purse as I ordered, “Get your stuff, and I’ll drive you home.”

“Okay. If you’re sure you don’t mind.”

“Don’t mind at all.”

While Frankie gathered her things, I sent a text to Danny, telling him to pick me up at Frankie’s. As soon as she was ready, I helped her lock up, and then, we headed out to the parking lot. When we got out to her car, I held out my hand, “Keys?”

“We’re taking my car?”

“Yeah. Figured you’d need it tomorrow.”

“I do, but how are you going to get home?”

“I got it covered.”

She handed me her keys, and minutes later, we were on our way. Frankie was quiet, too quiet, and she wouldn’t even look at me. I could only assume she was having some regrets about our night together. I couldn’t blame her for having reservations. Hell, I had plenty of my own. I thought tonight would’ve put an end to the pull I felt towards her, but instead, I felt more drawn to her than ever. I didn’t know what the fuck was going on with me. Fuck. I’d spent my entire life making sure I didn’t get wrapped up in some woman, and now, Frankie had me doubting everything. The problem was Frankie wasn’t just some woman. She was special. I could tell that from the moment I laid eyes on her. I glanced over to her as I asked, “You doing alright over there?”

“Um-hmm. Just a little tired.” She rolled her head to the side so she was facing me. “I’m a bit of a lightweight when it comes to drinking.”

“I see that.” I chuckled as I told her, “You’ll need to drink some water and take a few Tylenol before bed.”

“Definitely.” Her focus went back to the road ahead. After several moments, she looked back at me with an odd expression. “Mind if I ask you a question?”
