“He was so curious when he saw me feeding Griffin,” Cedric said as he burped the baby on his shoulder. “But he was totally accepting.”

“He has a kind spirit,” Grady explained simply.

I added, “It helped that you all were so accepting of him, too; of all of us. Thank you.”

“We’re your family,” Brandon shrugged. “You’re happy, and that makes us happy.”

“You really are the best.” I shared smiles with all of my friends before gazing down at my gorgeous mate again. “I guess I better get him into bed.”

“Your bed?” Enzo asked with an edge to his voice. I thought it was obvious, since he was already in my arms, but when I nodded, my brother scowled at me. “Like hell you are. You’ve been holding him forever. It’s my turn.” That sounded more like my brother’s natural tone.

“Says who?” I bit back. “I’ve just as much right to-”

“If I may cut in,” Grady said tentatively, “Why don’t you all three share a bed? Your mate needs both of you closeby. I’m sure he wouldn’t choose one of you over the other.”

Enzo and I glared at each other before finally nodding. “Fine,” he grumbled, “But if you snore, I swear I’ll smother you with a pillow.”

Cedric giggled at us as we stood up, both of us trying to cradle Ant as we walked towards my bedroom. It was on the bottom floor and the easiest to get to; I didn’t want to risk waking him.

We bid our friends goodnight and entered my room, quietly closing the door behind us. Enzo pulled the blankets halfway down the bed, and I nestled our mate onto the middle of the mattress.

Enzo stepped out of his jeans and climbed into bed next to Ant, and I quickly did the same. My brother looked over Ant, who was still dressed in jeans and a sweater, and asked, “Should we undress him to make him more comfortable?”

I considered it for a moment before shaking my head. “I don’t want to wake him up, or alarm him if he wakes up later and sees that we took his clothes off. I think we can remove this, though.” I pointed to our mate’s scarf before easing it over his head. Our sweet man was so tired that he didn’t even flinch.

I placed the scarf on my nightstand and cuddled up to Ant, pulling the blankets up to cover us. When I wrapped my arm around his waist, I accidentally touched Enzo’s hand and got swatted away.

I huffed a laugh and rested my head on the pillow next to Ant. I inhaled deeply, breathing in his sweet scent, and thanked Fate once again.

Chapter Eight

Ant

I peeled my eyes open and stared at an unfamiliar ceiling. But it only took a moment for me to place my surroundings, because I had two strong arms wrapped around me. Daddy and Poppa were snuggled close to my sides, enveloping me in comfort and warmth.

Maybe a little too much warmth; I was still fully dressed, and starting to get a little sweaty. I slowly inched towards the bottom of the bed until I popped out of the blankets. I started to pull off my shirt, but paused when I realized the heat wasn’t the only thing that woke me up; nature was calling.

I rubbed my eyes until they adjusted to the darkness, and found a door along the wall. But when I opened it, I only found a closet; a huge, walk-in closet which was incredible, but not what I was looking for.

I opened a second door in the corner, and hit the jackpot with a large, bright white bathroom, complete with a tiled waterfall shower. My Daddies had excellent taste.

I took care of business and tiptoed back into the bedroom, happy to find that my men were still sound asleep. I pulled off my sweater and chewed on my lip for a moment before shrugging and taking off my jeans. I wanted to feel my skin against theirs.

I gently climbed into bed again, stopping on my knees between them. As much as I was looking forward to snuggling, I wanted to get a good look at them first.

They were both so gorgeous. Just as their faces had slight differences, so did their bodies. While they were both shredded, Felix’s torso was slightly more narrow, and he had an innie belly button. Enzo was a little broader, with an outie.

With a shaky hand, I gently pulled the blankets down, exposing their pelvic bones, and the delicious, deep-cut ‘V’ shape that framed them. “Oh my,” I whispered as my mouth watered.

“Do you like what you see?” Poppa asked, making me flinch in surprise.

“I’m sorry,” I answered quickly, pulling the blankets back over his body and ruining the delicious view. “I thought you were asleep.” Dang, that just makes my peeking sound creepy.
