My entire body heated as he read my mind, and I forced myself to let out a light laugh. “Is that right?”

He nodded, then proceeded to show me the other three staterooms. One had two twin beds that could be made into a double if needed. The head outside that stateroom was just as beautiful, yet not as grand as the main one. The next stateroom was a mirror image of the second.

“The last stateroom is below and has a side-by-side washer and dryer in it. It’s meant for the two crew members.”

“This is beautiful, Gannon. I’d take it out all the time if it were mine.”

He nodded. “I try to take her out as often as I can. Brody and I often go out when we have days off together. Braxton comes along if he doesn’t have any charters planned.”

“I bet it’s a great party boat.”

With a shrug, he said, “I don’t know. I’ve only ever had my folks, Brody, and Brax out on it.”

I tried not to show how happy I was that he hadn’t brought another woman on here with him. “And now me,” I said with a teasing smile.

He grinned and pulled me close. “Now you. And I plan to do a lot of things with you on this boat that I can’t do with Brody or Brax.”

I raised one brow. “Is that right? What kind of things?”

Leaning down, he put his mouth to my ear and whispered, “For starters, I want to make love to you on every single surface.”

A shiver ran through my body, and I had to reach up and grab onto his arms to steady myself. “I…I like the sound of that.”

He chuckled softly. “I’m glad.”

Taking my hand in his, we headed toward the aft of the boat. “Last place to show you is the sundeck.”

Once we stepped onto the aft deck, I knew I had found my favorite place. Bench seating took up a good portion of the deck, with a small table on one side and a large cooler on the other.

“Gannon, she’s beautiful. I can’t wait to take her out.”

“Then let’s not waste any more time. Let’s go.”

I jumped and clapped my hands in excitement. It was already a wonderful first date.

Gannon

Being with Adelaide on my boat was a dream come true. She had grown up going out on her parents’ boat, so I knew I could trust her to help me guide the boat out while I steered from the fly bridge. Once we were in the bay, Adelaide came up and joined me.

We anchored, and she decided she wanted to eat on the aft deck so we could take advantage of the sun and the cool breeze. We spent all of lunch catching each other up on our lives over the last few years. It felt good to sit and talk with her. It was like nothing had changed, yet so many things had.

Once we finished lunch, we cleaned up and sat on the sundeck to simply enjoy each other’s company.

Dropping her head back and letting the sun beat down on her face, Adelaide sighed. “God, I missed this so much. Nothing is more relaxing than riding up and down on the waves and feeling the sun on your body. Plus, you get lots of vitamin D.”

I felt my dick grow harder as I let my gaze roam from her face, down to her neck, and along her body. I wanted to bury my nose in the crook of her neck and breathe in her scent. Then kiss her skin until I covered every inch of her.

“If you’re hot in those jeans, you’re more than welcome to take them off.”

Lifting her head, she shot me a sexy smile. “Are you suggesting we break-in your boat?”

Yep. My dick is now rock hard.

“I mean, if you’re down for it, I am.”

She sat up and looked around. “Here? Now? Isn’t it kind of public to be having sex right out here in the open?”

“Who said anything about having sex out here?”

She giggled. “You’re naughty, Mr. Wilson.”

“You’re the one who started it.”

“Me?” she exclaimed. “You told me to take my jeans off.”

I stood. “How about we drive around a bit, then head on back to the marina so we can continue this conversation?”

Adelaide bit down on her lip. “Okay. Do you need any help?”

“Nope, you sit back and relax. I’ll get us underway in a bit.”

We cruised for a while, then watched the sun set together before heading back to the marina. Adelaide helped me secure the boat, and then we headed into the main cabin. I grabbed a bottle of wine from the liquor cabinet.

“Do you want me to take these glasses from the bar cart?” Adelaide asked. “They look expensive.”

I laughed. “They might be, I have no idea. They came with the boat, and I use them all the time.”
