But he doesn’t just take.
He devours.
He sucks, teeth grazing, tongue flicking with ruthless precision. My moan cuts through the steam, high and sharp.
He groans against my skin, hands locking around my waist to keep me steady as I writhe.
“Fuck, this is all for me, isn’t it?” he rasps, lifting his head just long enough to say it before his mouth is back on me, dragging along my opening, licking and sucking and… Holy crap. I’m on the edge again, harder this time—sharper.
His hand comes up, fingers pinching my nipple, teeth dragging along my flesh, just enough to make every nerve light up.
“Oh my god,” I breathe. I can’t stay still. My thighs squeeze around him, my whole body one raw, twitching pulse of heat and want.
He lets out a gruff laugh—low and smug—and it only makes everything worse.
Or better.
“Look at you,” he murmurs against my skin. “Falling apart. So damn easy for me. So wet for me.”
The dirty edge in his voice hits me as hard as his mouth and my whole body tightens like a live wire.
It’s too fast. Too much.
And I can’t stop it.
I cry out as it hits me a second time, hard and hot, my orgasm ripping through me before I even have time to process it.
“That’s it, Angel,” he groans, mouth still at my breast, tongue still teasing as he holds me against him while I tremble. “That’s it. Let me feel you come for me. Again.”
I can’t speak. Can’t breathe.
All I can do is hold on.
And he stays right there, kissing my belly, my chest like I’m something sacred and filthy all at once, like he knows exactly what he just did to me—and that he’s not even close to done.
I hope he never is.
My fingers grip his shoulders, desperate to anchor myself as my body shakes with release, wave after wave crashing through me so strongly, I can’t hold back the cry that escapes, vaguely aware that he has shifted us around, my shoulders now resting against the hot tub wall.
“Good, Angel. So, so good,” he murmurs against my lips, and then he kisses me deep, slow, like he’s making the very best of this victory, and my core pulses, a final shuddering wave of pleasure spreading through me until my toes are breaking the water’s surface.
We’re both breathing hard when we finally pull apart, the water rippling around us, my pulse still thundering in my ears.
Chase’s eyes stay locked on mine, wild and dark—and showing he’s too damned pleased with himself.
His mouth brushes my jaw, down my neck, his lips soft but his breath hot. He nips just below my ear, playful but needy, and that sends a sharp jolt through me. His voice comes rough against my skin. “Well, I didn’t expect we’d skip the warm-up.”
A broken laugh scratches up my throat, and his grin curves against my neck, and I swear I feel it right between my ribs.
I feel like I should be embarrassed, especially when he draws back to catch my eye, his gaze sweeping over me with the kind of heat that makes it hard to breathe, but I’m not. Not at all in fact.
I feel alive. Needed. Wanted.
Loved.
“Are you disappointed?” My smile is heard in my voice.
He smirks, hands slipping lower under the water, smoothing over my hips like he’s testing how far he can go, like he already knows the answer but wants to feel it for himself. “Not even a little bit.”
His thumb presses into my waist, the slow drag of it sparking a new wave of heat across my skin.
“But you,” he rasps, tilting his head like I’ve done something especially delicious when I have yet to regain access to my muscles. His gaze locks on mine, steady and full of fire. “You just keep finding new ways to knock me on my ass.”
I laugh, breathless and flushed, my pulse still storming in my veins. “That a bad thing?”
His grin grows, slow and cocky and a little crooked. It’s so him. The him that I’m not sure a lot of others get to see—at least not like this.
“No, baby,” he says, the word firm but fond, full of trouble. “That’s the best damn thing.”
His eyes dip lower, lingering on my chest, and there’s something intense in them, something hungry. His fingers skim the space between us, then rise to cup me fully, his palm hot, even through the warmth of the water.
I twitch beneath his touch, and his teeth sink into his lower lip.
His hand lingers a second longer, then with a muffled, satisfied sound, he brushes his mouth across mine, teasing.
“Come on.” He pushes to stand, water rolling down his chest and dipping into the curves and cuts of his muscles. “We better get back before they send a search party.”
Reluctantly, I ease off him, the water lapping around us as he grabs my hand, steadying me while I climb out first. The night air kisses my skin, cool and sharp, a contrast that only heightens the warmth still humming through my veins.
