When the five of us were first together, I did my best to ignore the parts where Holly was with the Frosts, but now they’re my friends, all awkwardness is gone, and it feels good to see everyone feel so good.

Felix must think the same, because when Rudy starts to come, so does my brother, and the sounds Holly makes tell us all how much she loves taking them both.

I’ve been in my head too much, thinking about this special weekend, how far we’ve come in such a short time, and what I want to say to her tonight, so I’m behind, but there’s nothing like hearing the woman I love moan in ecstasy to take me to the edge.

I slide my hand between us, find her clit, and rub it as she grinds down on my hand and my cock, and when she cries out my name, I explode inside her.

Later, after dinner, the five of us walk around the resort’s grounds until we come to a fire pit. It’s a cold night, so there’s no one else around, despite the warmth from the fire.

I pull Holly onto my lap when I sit on the stone bench. “Happy Valentine’s Day.” I rub our noses together, then kiss her.

“Valentine’s Day isn’t until tomorrow.”

“I wanted to be the first to tell you.” Her eyes are smiling as she wraps her arms around my neck, but I pull back to better see her face. “There’s something else I wanted to tell you, too.”

“What’s that?”

“I love you.”

“I know,” she says.

Inside, I’m laughing, but I frown at her. “It’s the first time I’m saying it to you.”

“I know, but I already knew. I love you, too.”

I rub our noses again and steal another kiss. “I know.”

Rudy

“I’ve never spent July 4th in another country,” Holly says as we prepare to board our transatlantic flight from JFK.

I slide my arm around her waist and nuzzle her neck. “Don’t worry. We’ll make our own fireworks.”

“Mmm. I have no doubt about that.”

Nick’s in line ahead of us, talking to the Winters, so I take advantage of the privacy we have. “Do you want to sit between Jasper and Felix? They seemed nervous on the flight here.”

Grimacing, Holly nods. “I noticed that. It was the first time they flew, and I don’t think they liked it.”

I kiss her cheek. “They’ll be fine next to you. I’ll order them some whiskey from the flight attendant as soon as I can. Maybe it’ll help them sleep.”

She rests her head against my chest and looks up at me. “That’s sweet of you.”

“It won’t be long now until you meet your niece.”

A wide smile spreads across Holly’s face. “I know! Hannah said it looks like Joy’s about to start crawling any day now.”

“I heard. Your mom has all of us guys on assignment to take as many pictures and videos as we can.”

“She said that?”

I nod. “Yeah. The last time we went out to dinner. You must have been talking to your dad at the time. She gave us all very specific instructions.”

Holly shakes her head and laughs. “I’ll bet.”

Of course, I’d be happy to do anything her parents ask of me. Things were tense when we first met them back in March, especially with her dad. Her parents were in Germany until mid-February helping with the baby, and Holly wanted to make sure things were rock solid between the five of us before she told them about us. I was surprised they didn’t hear rumors as soon as they got back to the island, but Holly said they were shocked when she told them she was dating four men.

They were welcoming but understandably wary when we met them. All four of us men did and said all we could to reassure them. It took a while, but they treat us all like family now. Nick and I have gone golfing with her dad, Jasper and Felix have taken him out fishing, and we all go to dinner with her parents about once a month.

Holly has assured us that her sister and brother-in-law have no qualms about our unconventional relationship. She even said polyamory is more common in Berlin, though unfortunately still not legally accepted.

The seating on the plane is arranged in rows with pairs of seats by the windows, and three in the middle, so Holly, Jasper, and Felix take the cluster of three, while Nick takes the window, and I’m next to him on the aisle.

We have a smooth takeoff, and after food service, the cabin lights are dimmed for the overnight flight. The whiskey works as intended, and across the aisle from me, Felix’s head lolls on his neck pillow.

A short while later, Holly stands and squeezes past Felix’s legs, doing her best not to wake him. “I need to go to the restroom,” she whispers to me.
