“I told her I’d make sure I got myself arrested. I would drink and steal and do whatever I could to make her look as bad as possible. I told her I would make shit up.” He licked the shell of her ear. “She believed me. Up until then I was her shining light, and my only rebellion was to share my room with my brother.”
They had protected each other even when they were kids.
What would they do for a lover? Would they let a lover into their secret world, or would she just be a distraction for a time?
In that moment, it didn’t matter. “I want you to play with me. I want to know what it means to be yours.”
Bay’s hand twisted in her hair, sending a thrill along her spine and straight to her pussy. “You want us to top you. You want a couple of hours where you don’t have to think about anything but what we can do to your body?”
She was worried it was way more than her body that was engaged. “Yes.”
Shane grinned. “Now you’ve done it.”
Bay picked her up. He hauled her right out of his brother’s arms and lifted her up in the air. She gasped as he clutched her to his chest. “Then we should take this to the main stage.”
* * * *
Shane watched as his brother carried Brooke up the stairs.
He liked this theater, though it could use some work. Mostly cosmetic, but there were a couple of places where he could make things safer than they were.
What didn’t need any work at all was Brooke Harper. She was stunning, but then she always took his breath away.
They’d set the stage. Apparently they were in early rehearsals since there wasn’t a bunch of set pieces on the stage. Just a bunch of tape. Blocking. He thought that was what they called it. Blocking rehearsals. No matter what the technical term, it gave them a lot of space to work with. There was a desk backstage that moved easily because it was on wheels. It was exactly the right height. He pulled it along and placed it center stage, where the light would hit her perfectly. He took the kit from his brother.
“Take off your clothes.” Bay stepped back and frowned. “I want to see her tied up. I didn’t bring much more than a basic kit because we were going to be good boys tonight. I don’t have any rope. We spent the afternoon making sure her room was ready instead of prepping our kits.”
They’d only made sure to bring one specific toy. One that would prepare her for what they all wanted.
That had been a mistake because Brooke seemed to like their bad-boy sides. They’d been so busy trying to make things perfect for her that they’d forgotten to be prepared. Luckily he rather thought this place would be a treasure trove. “Where are the props, Brooke? And will Cleo be pissed if she finds out how we’re using her props?”
The last thing he wanted to do was get her in trouble with the new boss.
Brooke’s eyes had gone wide as she stood there in the spotlight. “You set up a room for me? We’re not sharing?”
Bay frowned like he didn’t understand.
Shane moved in and loomed over her. She came to his chin, and he loved the way her head tilted up to look at him. “We are absolutely sharing a room, and your things are already in the closet. There are two in the primary. Bay and I will share one. No, he’s talking about the sewing room we set up. Beth and Hope tried their hand and didn’t like it, but they still had all the equipment.”
Her jaw dropped slightly. “A sewing machine?”
“All kinds of things, and there’s more in storage if you need it. This way you don’t have to be here to work.” Or maybe she would want the escape. “Not if you don’t want to.”
Her mouth curved in the sweetest smile. “I want to. I miss my machine. It’s getting shipped to me, but it’ll be a while before it gets here.” She looked to Bay as she reached for Shane’s hand. “Thank you. I’m sure I’ll love it. Did Cleo lock the door?”
“I’ll check.” Bay started down the stairs. “You get undressed.”
Shane kissed her forehead. “I’m going to find some rope if you think it’s okay.”
“I think Cleo would find it amusing,” Brooke replied and then sobered. “I had a rough day, Shane. I would like to forget for a while.”
This was what they could offer her. Respite. Calm. A place where she didn’t have to worry.
“Do you want it soft and sweet?” Shane asked.
She shook her head. “I want to play. I want what we started last night. I know you have a lot of experience…”
